60 to early 63 4x4 frames are different than later 63-66. Early frames used a single engine mount, steering gear is different, early models used a hydraulic clutch, rear shock mounts are different, cab and bed mounts are in the same location (I think) but look a little different.. You might be better off looking for a complete truck.. Be patient they're out there.. Match up the serial numbers from the cab and the frame.. Just my two cents

You should be able to find the VIN stamped on the top of the frame rail near the steering box. No VIN if it's a GMC frame. It looks like you're building a highly modified truck. Wouldn't you be better off with the later model frame and suspension? You'll need heavy duty everything with those big tires.

I may be better off with newer but the problem is I really am wanting to make this a show type truck but it will have to go play once in a while but I dont want it to look to far off from original as far as frame to cab and bed mounting
