Oldschool GPS (NOS compass)

I thought about getting this myself, but it really doesn't go with my truck and all. Though, I think it is pretty cool and being a NOS part might have a demand for you guy's that keep things original. I would like to pass this a long rather than keep it to myself, and you end up paying a $150 or more.

If you got them in your trucks currently, show them pictures. Might have to change my mind and pick one up.

Re: Oldschool GPS (NOS compass)

Seems cheap for a NOS part. ??

I see some compass go for mega bucks on ebay but this one must be an oddball for only 39.95 They must have a few too.

Must have been original to the Citation or something.

Re: Oldschool GPS (NOS compass)

Some NOS parts just go for pretty cheap when there is a big demand for them and they have a huge stock of them. Nothing odd ball about it, same part number and same GM packaging. If they put one in a Citation, I am sure it had this part number.... Just like the one that would have went in a 72 GMC or a Impala.

You maybe joking, but like you said. People are paying big bucks for these things. Hell, some of them are probably buying these from Classic Industries and selling them on sites like this or Ebay just to turn a big profit that they see people pay. I am just trying to save a few people some hard earned dollars.

Re: Oldschool GPS (NOS compass)

Joe, they are no longer available. That's why they are bringing big money. Classic Industries haven't updated their website for certain items, but they don't have any. Classic Parts of America used to have these too, but you can't find them like you could 10-15 years ago. Trevor
