Backspacing Blues
I have a 69 with 72 McGaughy drop spindles, and will be running bags with PB stage 1 front end kit and c notch. What wheel width, backspacing, and tire size will allow my tires to tuck into the fenders? I found a set of truck rallys 7 inch, and I wonder if they will work. They are late80s early 90s so I think they have a 4 inch backspace. The wheels I have now are 8 wide with a 3.5 bs, and they will hang up ad the truck sets down. Thanks for the help!

Re: Backspacing Blues
I think I need to find some of those 6.5" van rallys, and run a 235 tire for the tires to really "tuck".
P.S. sorry for all the questions lately, I just haven't bagged anything before. I think I am on my way now, with a big ol box of Porterbuilt on the way (in a few weeks, I guess they build to order, kinda cool)

Re: Backspacing Blues
man, thats a really cool blazer. For some reason I am drawn to ones that look like they've been a mile or two.
