sm465 to Saginaw 4 speed

Just picked up a Sag 4 speed. To those who have done this swap before, what kind of work am I looking at? How short will I have to cut the driveshaft? What did you do for a crossmember? If you run a bench seat, hows the shifter location? Any input will be greatly appreciated

My mom always had the best advice. It was just a tad late. After a fall that involved blood, she'd say....."Careful!"

Re: sm465 to Saginaw 4 speed

Just letting you guys know its got the 3.50 first gear. Still kind of low but a hell of a lot better than the sm465's 6.5 first and 3.58 second. I will actually be able to use all four gears
