Question Interesting Find?

I sanded my drivers door to bare metal today and low and behold there are 2 holes that were filled in at the factory. My doors had the holes for the custom emblems .Its a 68 and is all original, plain jane. Just wondering if all the doors have this or ? thanks Jack

I suspect that the factory made the holes by mistake. From all the doors that I have seen, only doors with CST emblems on them had the holes.
