oil & vacuum guage question
I'm finnally gettin around to hooking up factory guages correctly and I got a couple of questions I'm following gmc pauls directions for the idiot to guage cluster and have questions on few issues i'm having.
I'm curious where too get the tubing for hooking up the vac guage could I just use aftermaket(sunpro) (I think its 1/8") copper oil pressure tube? where does this get hooked up to on the engine? (I'm assuming the intake behind the carb) but I'm not sure how. could somebody elaborate on where and how it connects. also on the oil guage same question could i just use the same kind of tubing the sunpro copper oil tube(its whats available at the auto store) I have the oe oil tube that connects to the engine but not the peice to the guage could i join the two together? it looks too me that the fac. oil line is much smaller than the tubing that I'm used to using with aftermarket guages also I have some wiring questions posted in the electrical section if someone could help there too thanks in advance

Re: oil & vacuum guage question
I had to get a adapter to connect my oil line to the back of the instrument cluster, any place that sells hydrolic hoses will have it , none of the auto stores had it
