1957 GMC Grille 1/2T
My neighbor came over the other day and was asking me about a grille for his truck which is a 57 GMC.
I am not familier with the GMC TF trucks so I will put the search out to you folks, where can he find a complete grille for his project pick up.

I think all of the major players have complete grills for them. He may get sticker shock though. There is always Ebay or the swap meets too. Or the classifieds here as we have some guys who come up with goodies for sale on a regular basis.

GMC parts are a lot harder to find than Chevys, for sure. The 55 & 56 GMC "grille" were basically the same for both years. Unfortunately for your friend' truck, the 57 front "grille" is even more difficult because that design only ran that one year.

I will go over tomorrow and tell him he is going to pay more for the missing grille than he paid for the whole truck!!

A 57 GMC, a 55-56 GMC, and mine, which is a hybrid chevy and GMC front combined. I didn't like the bull bar grill on my 56 so I customized it. Yes, GMC parts are next to impossible to find unless you get them with a whole truck.

1957 gmc anything is damn hard to find. I have been looking for the panel that goes below the grill for a while now. The grill and radiator support are not reproduced to my knowledge
