C10 Factory AC question...
Anyone know the figures for C10 trucks that came with factory AC?
I read a post online that a guy claims in 1968 that Chevy only made 50, (fifty) C10 trucks with factory AC. This seems unrealistic to me, but got me thinking... How many did they make in the 1967-1972 years? And how many for each year with factory AC? Any info or link to point me in the right direction would be great. DIGG |

I saw that post on eBay , I am very curious in knowing if that's true.
50 is a low number compared to the number of trucks made back in 1968. Posted via Mobile Device |

No way can that be true. If it is I now want a ton of money for the 68 A/C cab I have in the pallet rack.

Re: C10 Factory AC question...
The truck finally met reserve near the end of bidding tonight and I was surprised about the price it went to for. No doubt it was a nice truck but I didn't think it would go for that.

Re: C10 Factory AC question...
I have a Motorbooks Workshop book on 46-72 Chevrolet Pickups that has options figures for 71 and 72. For 71, it shows 97,203 trucks with A/C out of a total of 462,158. In 72, it was 195,061 with A/C out of 636,457. No details for the earlier years.
