Re: chevy pickup doing what it does best!!
Nice truck ensemble. I like the parkable/walkawayable approach for my stuff, too. I wanna run it and use it,not leave it where somewhere "safe" because it's so nice. BUT!!!! I wouldn't mind having myself a saweet li'l hot rod pickup like that! No matter how you do one of those you better watch where you leave it. Cuz I'll come steal it! LOL

Re: chevy pickup doing what it does best!!
hi guys- i did abit of a build thread on doing up the stepside. its in my list of cars or avatar or whatever you call it!
seeing as we are way out in the sticks for any american parts its easier to adapt jap parts or make our own.hence the petrol flap is off a japper (liked the shape) and made my own tank out of panel steel and cutting out the square that holds the sender/outlet pipe out of the original tank and the bending said pipe and float wire to suit and welding into the top. model a is unchopped but lowered ,on boxed model a chassis, dropped superbell i-beam-willwood brakes front and complete narrowed chromed xj6 jaguar rear.the 350 is a fully recoed 4bolt as is turbo 350.it is lefthook and has been since it was imported 30yrs ago from you nice people!!! i bought it rough but on the road and pulled it apart for a major tidy and paint and its been off the road for 7yrs. promised it finished to my wife for her 50th 4yrs ago and have been paying badly ever since!!
