Driver Side Main Power Window Switch Issue
I replaced this tonight but same problem. The window will work for a minute and then it stops. Have a brand new power window motor and regulator on drivers side door. New power window switch operates the same as the old one...all power windows go up and down except the drivers. Nothing.
Also while fiddling with the connector to see if all wires are seated correctly several popped off when the keep fell out. Can someone tell me the correct wiring sequence? I am attaching a picture. Thanks. |

Re: Driver Side Main Power Window Switch Issue
I am fairly sure from the left that the light green and dark green are correct. The rest .......

Re: Driver Side Main Power Window Switch Issue
THANK YOU SO MUCH. That was a blessing.
With a new power window motor and regular and now a new switch, everything is working EXCEPT the drivers side windo is still stuck mid way down. Switch does nothing on that one window. It has also come to my knowledge that NO auto parts carry the 30A fuse for the power windows located in the drivers side - side dash panel. Checking that next. Any other suggestions? Possibly bad connector? in the picture. Thanks again for all your help. |
