69-72 8 Foot Fleet Side Bed with Spare Tire Holder and Tailgate

I picked up a bed today and would like to know what you guys think it is worth. Being from a rust state, rust free items are hard to find. I know this is an item that I will sell fairly local so that will have a factory in the price but I would like an idea what you think. The bed was brought up to Indiana in 1999 from Texas and has been stored in side since and never mounted on a truck. It has the in bed spare tire bracket that I have seen sell on hear pretty good and I could ship it so would I be better to remove it and sell it seperate. What is is worth if I do? I have a lot of pictures so if you want more just ask. All the pictures were taken with the bed up side down because that is how it was hauled and moved around so if the pictures look funny it might be because I rotated some of them. I do not think this is a show quality bed but it is a lot nicer than most I have ever seen locally.

I am not a body man but here is what I see that is bad:

The top rail has holes in them- looks like it had a tool box and maybe bed rails.
Right front lower molding is missing-- all other trim is driver condition with possible dents/ dings
Damaged below both rear taillights
Right rear wheel arch looks like it has some bondo in it-- picture 5, but the rest of the bed looks good
Bed floor is dented/ wavy
Front panel has a few small dents
Some kind of white overspray over it
Bottom edge of the bed sides is wavy

Tailgate:
Handle is poor- does not want to catch the rod pivot part and will come out without opening the gate
There is some dents and couple rust holes on the inside bottom
Tailgate is also bowed some
Tailgate band is dented and missing the "L"

I do not see any rust in the bed.

Thanks for any information/ help. I have more pictures if you want/ need them just ask.
