Big Block pullies and manifold Heat Shield

Here is a complete set of big block pullies, with AC, and power steering. Also an exhaust manifold heat shield. $115 Shipped in the US for all of it.

It is not thin in any area, however there is one small hole located on the bottom, as pictured below. The metal is not thin anywhere around it, so I assume it is from rubbing on the manifold?? I would do $65 Shipped. $50 for the shield, and $15 to ship it in a large USPS flat rate box. Thanks.
