first project 1972 c10 cheyenne

just picked this up a few months back... have already pulled the old motor and am in the process of putting a Ls2 in it. Anyone used a set of long tubes with an LS application? I'm using the CPP LS mounting brackets for the motor and trans.

boyd welding tank mounted... trans, headers, accessory drive, wiring harness also in!

exhaust question for you guys! I've got an LS2 with cam, HD springs, roller rockers, and rods. Im trying to figure out size of exhaust pipes... I have 1 5/8 doug thorly headers with 3" collectors. planning on running magnaflow mufflers.
