I am looking for a tailgate that someone is parting out for patches or something i want to buy the whole center section where the 67-72 GMC is stamped into it to weld onto the rear gate of my GMC square body

I have a stepside tailgate with GMC stamp would be good for not much else. just cover shipping. I can cut it down to a size that would be cheaper if you interested

Would probably be a good idea to get the measurements of each and then lay it out on your K5 gate to see what would look more uniform to fit the look that you want!

well i measured the aluminum insert that i will be removing to weld this in and it is 7 1/2 x 66 1/2 so the 7 1/2 might decide if i need the small or big ? can you measure both of those for me ?

If someone is going to chop one up for him. If the lower section that normally rust is not rusted, just dented/bowed, I would be interested in that from the leftovers.
