Heater hose routing
Would someone please tell me the best way to hookup my hoses for a 350 motor. On the previous motor I think the supply line came from the intake beside the thermostat, and the return to the top of the radiator.
I've seen some though that come off the water pump. And also some which have a crossover, which I'm not sure if I need, or where it should go either (the hole on the vertical face of the manifold is only 5/8"). Thanks, Confused

Thanks Stocker.
Do I need to have a bypass hose? Why do some use them & some not?

I believe the return line goes into the radiator if the truck had a/c, without a/c it returned into the water pump.

Thanks. I guess I'll not worry about a bypass, unless I hear otherwise.
