;69 c10 gauge panel troubles
need some help as if this can be repaired, '69 C10 pickup has gauge panel not working with all the lights, turn etc, removed panel and found the printed circuit had a burnt spot and wondering if there is someone that can repair or will have to scrap out unit? wpould like to keep it but want all lights etc to work, this is the panel with two large face gauges, mph & fuel level w/ other lights and one small in middle, any info will be helpful, thanks.

Printed circuit needs replaced. They are available.

I agree you should replace it, especially if there is a burn. You'd probably want to find out why it burnt as well. There is a way to repair it, but i'd not recommend it for a long term thing. You can take a piece of wire, and solder it to both sides, or if the brake is clean, solder over the break, connecting the two ends. Like i said, this wouldn't be recommended for long term, but could help you find out if everything is working. Printed circuit boards are relatively easy to come by, so i wouldn't see a need to repair it unless you are short on funds, like i always am!

thanks for the info. and I would replace it only dont know who would have one or if aviable as new part, it was like this when I got the truck, and cant find info what the plugin numbers relate to in wire harness, any info is halpful, again thanks for the feedback.
