2005 2500hd 4l80e Problem

I got a 2005 GMC 2500hd 6.0L with the 4L80e. The truck only has 85,xxx miles on it. I've been having troubles with the Trans really struggling to shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear. It makes the whole truck really buck and it revs up in between gears like it is slipping but then it engages 2nd and goes fine with no problem in the rest of the gears. There is also a metallic scrapping sound sometimes when it is about to shift from 1st to 2nd. The Trans has had the fluid replaced and a new filter put in at about 50k miles. It has also had a long pause between park and drive now for awhile. It will roll if you go from park to drive for like 2 or 3 seconds before it engages drive. What kind of problems am I having and what should I do? Thanks, Swid
