Anyone ever put Sharkhide metal protectant on a patina vehicle?
Just heard about this from a friend. Website says it is good on bare steel and paint. Anyone have any experience? This would be an alternative to clear coat.
I would be putting it on my patina car. http://www.sharkhide.com/mpfaq.html http://www.sharkhide.com/mpinfo.html

Re: Anyone ever put Sharkhide metal protectant on a patina vehicle?
Just thought I would bump this up from page 4 since I had no replies.
So nobody has heard of this before? From reading the website it seems to be a couple different clear resins held in suspension with a solvent that evaporates when wiped on a surface. Mostly used to protect boat hulls. It would be several months before I ever got around to using it so I'm just testing the waters.

I have some sitting here, that I am going to try on some bare steel and aluminum. Just haven't had time to try it yet. Looks to be a really good product!
