Question 1958 steering box with tilt wheel

Has any one installed a tilt steering wheel on a 1958 truck? I want to use the original steering box, what problems do I having cutting the existing column and shaft? any help or pictures is needed.

Normally most guys are going the other way and used whats called a column saver.

You can use a column saver but use it on the box instead of the column. Just make sure you cut the column at the larger diameter above the box.

Here is a write up of old column new box so just flip the idea.
