Got a 66 LWB 5 Lug Conversion. No Motor or Tranny. Thinking about a 5.3/4l60E Setup. Pros/Cons. THANKS

Re: Motor/Tranny

Pros: VERY NICE! Cons: Lotsa work! Something similar: Know it's not a 60-66, but I've been driving an '87 S10 Blazer since 1996 with a '95 Z28 LT1/350 and 4L60E tranny. Two things: 1st: It'll get the job done, quickly. 2nd: It's been boring--honestly, haven't had anything go wrong but 1 fuel pump, so nothing to enjoy fixing!
