Door Pin/Doam light

Working on getting all my lights working.

1. My drivers door pin was rusted in closed position. I bought some replacements, but the threads do not go all the way to the shoulder. So once I finsh tightening, it comes loose again. Anyone know of some repos that have threads the whole way? Repo oversized? Or has anyone drilled the hole out and welded a nut in there?

2. All my floor lights are missing. All my local parts store shows the courtesy light being the same as a truck which I know is wrong. Can someone tell me the bulb number for a floor light setup?
