Another square wrecked...
well.... this happened in early November, but I haven't had the umph to do anything with the old girl... I've just been driving her..
pt cruiser with an 88 year old woman driving just ran through a stop sign... My truck used to be remarkably straight.. now it needs a door, fender, and rocker.. BUT.. today I finally started ordering parts. new rockers from Top Bananna on the way. going pickup a door and fender from local U-pull it when I come in from offshore. So I'm actually feeling like I might have a decent truck once again.

Re: Another square wrecked...
That's why IL & NH require road tests from seniors age 75 or older at every License renewal. Wish it was the whole country Esp FL and CA.

Re: Another square wrecked...
I totally understand all the "old driver" comments, but. As a person that drives for a living it isn't always the "old folks" driving with their social security check. LOL.

Re: Another square wrecked...
Funny thing is, they stayed in the car the WHOLE time... even when the tow truck was backing in to pick that POS up. I felt kind of bad after, but the first thing I did was get out, walk around to the pass. side, saw my truck and just went F&CK!!!!!!! loud as possible.... maybe they were scared. They weren't leaving bingo, but a casino! Her car was obviously un-driveable, totaled I'd assume. My truck? drove away, the door still opens! The cop (who was really cool BTW) told me "If your truck was new, your frame would be bent" lol
Riz.... ROFL

Re: Another square wrecked...
Yeah wrecks happen but that's what insurance is for,As long as everyone is ok that's that matters.

Re: Another square wrecked...
Both vehicles look like they can move under their own power. I'm sure you moved to the side of the road shortly after taking that picture, right? Please tell me you're not *that* guy. The one who gets into a little fender bender and just sits in the middle of the intersection for hours on end because he thinks the team from CSI is going to come out and do a full investigation first; thus screwing up everyone else's drive in the meantime.

Re: Another square wrecked...
I was *that* guy. The cop told me not to move it until the state troopers showed up.

Re: Another square wrecked...
I probably wouldn't have moved either. Insurance companies need to know exactly how the accident happened are my thoughts. That is determined oncethe police arrive.
