I bought a champion radiator and fan combo from ebay, the 16 in fan is extremely loud. wondering if I should go back to a pulley fan? any thoughts?

Re: fan questions
64,
I have twin SPAL fans that are pretty loud but since they are temperature controlled it is rare that one ever runs (unless I idle for an extended period). Never need both unless the AC is running on hot days (The AC system pressure controls the fans if the AC is on). TR
