1/2 to 3/4 Ton Kingpin Conversion?
Anyone done it? Seems like it could be done with a relatively simple boring of spindles & axle. Would be another way to go for folks with worn-out parts, if there's nothing I'm missing..

Are you aware they make oversized kingpins? Mine were worn out as well. The 0.010 oversized pins allowed the machine shop to get everything nice and tight. I'm not familiar with the specs of the 3/4 ton pins. Double check the length and make sure it still has the flat spot in the center for the wedged pin.

Where did you find oversized pins? I haven't seen them in the usual vendors.

Why don't you just take them to a machine shop to be rebushed and honed.
