A whole lot of spot weld 25 or so thats located under the windshield weatherstripping and I believe 4 bolts total, two on each side of the dash.

Re: UNCUT A/C Dash

It's actually pretty easy just takes time. Windshield has to be out. Bunch of drilling to get the old one out and a few clamps to hold the new one in while tack welding. I'd rather do a dash swap over doing rust repair!!

Re: UNCUT A/C Dash

I'm thinking shipping to Washington would be around $70 and to Dakota would be around $50. I would charge actual shipping cost.

Re: UNCUT A/C Dash

It can also be installed by cutting along the slots under the dash pad. And welding it back in.

And the windshield doesn't have to be removed that way, or deal with drilling out all the spot welds.

Smoking deal. Just had this done to one of my trucks and its a great upgrade, specially if the PO cut the radio holes to install a modern one.

Re: UNCUT A/C Dash

If everyone thinks this is a great deal why is nobody buying it?!?!?! I've got a whole a/c cab I need gone too. Needs all the typical rust repair but is a nice overall cab.
