1972 door panels
Does anyone make good plastic door panels for these trucks? I bought some several years back took them out of the box this week and they are junk, anywhere they get bumped white plastic shows underneath as they are black also clip retainers on back are glued on not molded so first time I try to remove one all the brackets came off.

Re: 1972 door panels
I refurbished mine, but they were in relatively good shape. Just needed cleaned and a fresh coat of paint.
You best bet may be to find some used ones in the correct color, clean them up and paint them. I posted pictures of them somewhere..either here or on the boards. I'm pretty happy with my armrests from Classic Parts, fit the OEM door panels perfectly. |

There may be somebody but I just don't have the first hand knowledge.
I can, however check out LMC and Classic Parts products in person since they are both located here in KC. |
