Suburban Roof Rack Pics
A while ago I was asked to post pics of the roof rack that came on my 1970 Suburban. This rack had been on since new or near new (as evidenced by the pitting of the roof undeneath it). There is no mention of the rack on the build sheet so I assume it was a dealer installed item. There are probably a few variations of these, but this is definately period piece. The shots show the detail of the sides as well as the # of bows that go across the top. Hopefully this will be of help for anybody that runs across one at a swap meet.
