Detent cable part number please
I'm looking for the part number for a detent cable that will work with my 700R4/396 combo any help wouldbe great.

You'll need to ditch stock cables. You need an aftermarket throttle valve cable with an adjustable end.
One like this one: http://atransmission.info/700r4-thro...universal.html I have on my ZZ4/700r4 combo. I use a high rise intake to I need extra cable from stock. The end is adjustable with a barrel and set screw. You can find tune WOT shifts with it. Works great on my truck. Be sure and use an angle correct bracket if necessary for aftermarket carbs. |
