mirrors

off my 1970. these are in very nice shape. they look aftermarket.

i'm interested.....what is the length of the "L" shaped bracket that bolts directly to the mirror head? measure the outside of the bend please.
if they are the same as mine i will take them... if the chrome isnt peeling anywhere on those brackets.

they certainly look like factory installed mirrors. the top bracket is a tube like the lower arms, instead of flat piece. and the heads look correct to what came on my dad's 72 Burb as well. the spread of the lower arms is wider, but the mirrors will look nice on stock looking truck and not like aftermarket junk!

Its about 10" (the L bracket). The chrome is perfect...

i'll have to pass. i'm looking for 11.5" overall length. mine are the ones that point "in" towards the cab.

I didn't untighten any of the bolts. I can put some liquid wrench on them for you at no charge.

i'll pass...unless they will come apart. I have a set that's been "liquid wrenching" for 2 months. I cant get them apart either.
