72 C-10 build
Hey guys, New to posting on the board but I read every day. very many helpful tips. Converting my long bed to a short bed and there is a lot of info here. once I figure how to post pics I will start uploading. Thanks,Chad

It's been a fun project for my 15 yr old son and I. Truck has factory a/c power steering, 5 lug, and power brakes so it is awesome to drive.

Took bed off when I got it and put lowering springs on all 4 corners. While it was off I sanded frame down and sprayed it. I changed the pass cab corner and both rocker panels.

Stripped down my frame today got the rear cab mounts off and the front bed mounts. Removed the gas lines and sanded frame, drive shaft is out and muffler cut off. Already laid out for the chassis cut. Can't wait to see how she looks as a short bed!
