Item call out #20 right? 3975131 is the part number and it runs up through at least 92 at the GM parts wiki. Your GM dealer (it had multi-line use) might have one on the shelf.

Now its 122MB and if you don't know your way around a parts manual it will be very problematic. Sorry but I really don't have the time to sort out people's parts seaches and notes for them so you are more or less on your own.

First try every GM dealer cars used them too.

Maybe do a P/N search on eBay and look for a price point shipped.

Or just pick up the phone and call Wes over at Classic Heartbeat.

Or if you really want to help people buy the minimum quantity and sell them off. Bet at least twenty people are going to say "Yea, I need one of those too." Consider postege and little mailers maybe 5.00 each,7.50 for two deals.
