Windshield install
Thought I would get some input, what company in D/FW area does the best installation with stainless trim?

It's been years since I have bought a glass, and I do remember that the company I called was wanting to charge a good bit more for the stainless trim.
And if I remember right all they had available was standard window weatherstrip w/o trim grove. But I went and ordered the correct rubber through a 67-72 parts supplier and did it myself, the most they got from me was me buying the glass from them. I've done several they aren't that hard to do, once you know the tricks. |

i used a precision gasket and original 71-72 trim. look up the video on youtube that precision posted. it shows them putting one in with trim step by step. i put mine in myself in 15 minutes. very simple
