Anyone used this conversion? And thoughts on grill setup

I stumbled into this halogen headlight conversion setup for my 85 c10, was wondering if anyone has used it before and how it looks and performs? I plan to add a couple relays and upgrade the wiring to the headlights currently, but was thinking this might be a nice upgrade. Although I dont want it to look dumb. Thoughts??

Also curious to your guys thoughts on my grill. Should I keep the billet setup or switch to this factory setup with new headlight bezels?

how it looks now

Look here for the best harness you can get. I have one on my 98 an it's a great product.

I Would go back with a stock grill setup but that's just what i prefer. I've never used those lights so i can't comment on them.

I like the billet but then again some can trucks can also rock the stock grills very well.
Little off topic but whats your wheel/tire info? If you don't mind sharing.

got a set on my crew. was going to relay wire the lights, but i find these on low beam just as good as the sealed beam on high. strait forward swap, just need to slightly enlarge the holes in the headlight buckets. also relayed the 8"ers into the hi beams- instant daylight. and i'm partial to the billet grille, they just look smoother

Not at all. The wheels are boss 338 18x9 with 255/55-18 kumho tires at each corner. I have been considering looking for a different wheel to change it up.

Yes they include an h4 bulb which should be a plug and play for these trucks.

Check these two for a great selection and low prices.

Maybe try reposting this in the outdoor cooking section.

I got Hella conversion lenses because the lense looks stock, not "crystal". It uses H4 bulbs. It with the harness upgrade made a huge difference I feel

I like the billet better. I just ordered my billet grill last night, and can't wait to take the original off. Your truck looks great man.

Appreciate it! Wanting to get a fresh paint job soon. Just finished up putting a 4l60 behind the ls1 have a couple wires to button up and tune the shift points. Just wanting something different, kinda digging the factory grill look. Guess I've had the billet for 8 years now just thinking maybe change it up a bit.
