Re: In need of proper power steering bracket
250 brackets are fairly rare but not extinct. When you go to a JY you can look at Novas,Impalas, and any other 6 cyl units. It does need to be the 250 without the integral l head. You need to be sure you get the pulleys and every bracket on the engine. There may also be a set on the classifieds forum.
Less than full sets will be a nightmare to match pulleys and bracket offsets for.

Re: In need of proper power steering bracket
Go to the salvage yards and look for any Chevy truck or car of that era that had p.s. and remove all the components. Bound to be a junkyard in Albuquerque that has an old six cylinder camaro, chevy ll or full size car. If you find one do yourself a favor and get the fan, alternator, p.s. and h. blancer pulleys and mounting brackets in front of the engine otherwise you may have trouble lining them up properly (from experience).
Another option is to buy aftermarket or you might be able to find one in the parts for sale forum. If a member, post a want to buy.
