15x8 factory 6-lug steelie!

As stated, 15x8 steelie, 6-lug. $75 plus the ride. I'll lose the tire. Wheel is in 64056.

Thanks, Chip

Re: The RARE 15x10 factory 6-lug steelie!

Ha, right you are! Literally just went out and measured it. I found it in a scrap pile, and it had a 10-15 offroad tire, and was at least as wide as the tread. I just assumed. It IS an 8. How can I fix the thread title? I promise, wasn't trying to cheat anyone. Actually was kinda stoked to find it and get it back in circulation. Just hadn't broken it down yet.

Re: 15x8 factory 6-lug steelie!

Sorry, you asked about shipping, and he claimed them outright by post and PM. You have first right if the deal falls through. I wish I had more, believe me, I went through that place with a fine tooth comb looking for its twin. Not just from the money end, I was just stoked to randomly find it. I'll be happy to PM you if it falls through. Sorry again!

Re: 15x8 factory 6-lug steelie!

Judging by the tire that was mounted I'd say it was a spare.

I think you're right- it's niiiice on the inside, and that tire had a lot of tread.

Re: 15x8 factory 6-lug steelie!

Yeah, and it's an old bias-ply that Uniroyal hasn't made in decades. It probably wasn't even checked like tires do these days before you can wear them out. I think they started that "born on date" crap just so they could legally make tires to have a limited life span.

Re: 15x8 factory 6-lug steelie!

Sent you a pm. Also, anyone know if these will work on a lowered 65 c10 with disk brakes in front?? I thought I read some where that these would clear calipers? Thanks

The set I have is on a 70 suburban with disc brakes, and a 4/5 or 3/4 drop doesn't rub on the a-arms or discs
