'76 drop spindles on '72
hey guys, was wondering what was neccessary to swap in '76 drop spindles onto my 72 c10, other than upper ball joints and tie rod ends. any help would be much appreciated

That's it.
They both use 1-1/4" width rotors and calipers. Upper balljoint and outer tie rods. Done.

Does one also need the center link, pitman arm, and idler arm from the '76?

lolife is correct, I bought a wrecked '76 and put the Belltech drop spindles on my '72. No problem.
