Could someone tell me first of all how to tell if my egine is a 1 or two peace reear main seal? i dont have any clue how. its a 72 series, rebuilt. second. could u tell me the order everything goes on, oilpan, timing chain cover, water, etc. wanna tackle it alone if i can. thanx alot guys

I f the engine has bolts in the center of valve cover its later style and will have 1 piece seal also if you can see back of engine you will see flange bolted to back of block that holds seal also if you know the year of engine 85 and newer is 1 piece and older was 2 piece hope this helps lol
