I have seen a post that shows a console in an award winning silver short bed fleetside truck. I believe it had a Firebird console installed between the bucket seats. Does anyone remember what year it came out of? Or that it was for sure out of a Firebird?? If I am realy lucky someone will have a picture.. Hehe!! I realy liked that console and am considering installing one in my Panel. Sorry so veig, but I am hoping that someone else's memory is better than mine..lol

Thanks Jeff, your memory is better than mine..LOL It doesn't mention the year the console and seats came out of though. Can anyone enlighten me?? I would like to check one out to see if it would match my leather seats I have been stashing for a couple of years... WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

That would be the one.... I like the lines and it looks already set up with switches for my future power windows and power door locks. Should also have the shifter linkage for the 700R4 I am installing in it also. Does anyone know the year?? WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I think I remember reading in on eof the truck mags that the guy took parts from a late model truck console AND the firebird console AND some fabricated parts to make this one.

That is frim a 93+ LT1 Firebird. So is that guys motor and tranny.

I think I read the same article as Shane. It said he fabricated the console out of various ones including the firebird console. It does look real sweet though.............. Later, ....................Jerry
