battery drain

hi guys i am having trouble with a battery drain on a 1999 chev tahoe
when you pull out the 50 amp lighting fuse from under the hood fuse box
the battery drain goes away but im not sure whats on that circuit i have replaced the door switch on the drivers side but still a drain the battery
usually goes bad within three days with the 50 amp lighting fuse in
any help would be great thank you
