engine id...?

Here are the numbers I got of my engine.
3970010- Chevy 350
V0807tkf- Vermont Aug 8th 75 or 78 350
Now I can't find any decode for the these next numbers. They are located on the passenger side on the front of the block. C4Z101669.

TKF This engine suffix code conflicts with your 1974 date code stamped at the assembly plant, as far as I have found this is a 75 up code. Need to recheck your numbers it might be a TKR light struck. The engine casting date is also a good cross check.

Then the engine was shipped to California, dressed then stamped at the vehicle assembly plant with the partial VIN number of the vehicle it was to be installed in.
C Chevrolet truck
4 1974
Z Fremont vehicle assembly plant
101669 vehicle unit serial number
