temp gauge troubles?
my temp gauge started reading way way way to the right for no reason. i figured it was the temp sending unit.. so i just replaced it. same thing....
the wire is live. has 12 volts at the clip. when i ground it out, the needle does move back to the left a bit, but i have to ground it a few times. so im guessing that the gauge is gone.... anyone have the same prob?

Yeah been there Dave. I figure either the gauge or some grounding problem. Could never get it fixed so I installed a mechanical gauge/sensor system. If you go that route and it still reads off the map then you got some engine problems, .
