Hi everyone,

I'm looking for the right dimensions for the "MFD BY GENERAL MOTORS CORP." decal that came on 73-87 Chevy/GMC truck. Can anyone help me with the dimensions?

Hmm... Just noticed that mine is a little different format than yours too.

Yes, I see what you mean. Yours is 1979 truck, but the pic I posted is for Suburban 1983. It has to have some differences based on the year the trucks manufactured and the location of the manufactures.

Decoding your VIN, they were made in the same plant, but 4 years apart and on different assembly lines ('80 pickup vs '84 Suburban), I'd say there were some changes. Maybe someone with an '84 Flint built 'Burb can comment?
