By attachments I just mean the bolt that attaches the pushrod to the booster bracket itself. I wasn't really sure what to call it. If you don't have that I'm sure I can find something though.

It is not a bolt but a pin with a clip to secure it, so you need the rod from the brake pedal arm to the booster bracket and the pin/clip? If so I do have those, $15 shipped. Let me know.
