Side trim install??
I tried the search but it isn't working... How do you install the side trim (lowers) with those clips? The LMC website shows all the clips, but not how they hold the trim in place and i'm scratching my head.

Re: Side trim install??
The clips twist into the backside of the molding, and there are holes in the body that they go through. Some are bigger holes for push in clips, and others are smaller holes that use clips with speed nuts on the backside. Typically the end clips have nuts, and the ones in between are push in.

Re: Side trim install??
Do you have the holes drilled in the body from the factory or are you using the adhesive clips? I didn't even use clips. I used silicone glue to hold mine on. Very strong and will never fall off.

Re: Side trim install??
the clips "twist" into the molding, and then put the molding (with clips installed) onto the side of the truck.

Re: Side trim install??
ok, think I got it. Ordering all new clips now- my truck has the lower moulding already attached- mine is the wood grain and I want to switch over to the black.
