Annoying vibration
As am am getting rid of one annoying vibration another one rears it head. It is a high pitch vibration, not so much a whine but sounds like pretty hearty cell phone. At first I thought it might be a wheel bearing cause I could feel it on the floor through my shoes. But as I continue to narrow down when/where it is happening I start to notice that most of the time it happens between 1300-1600 RPM. It happen when accelerating and decelerating. It happens in the first three gears not sure about the fourth(700r4). It happens in 4 low( hubs unlocked) to 2hi. I can't get it to replicate the sound in neutral or park. It either has to be moving or under load.
It doesn't appear to be coming from the transmission. I don't feel it in the steering wheel or transfer case linkage. But you can definitely hear it and feel it on the floor. Any thoughts? Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Annoying vibration
I have a lot of weird noise out of my Rear Hatch Window. I don't know where to get fresh hardware and the original latch-catches are wearing thin.
