Look what I found........
I bought this 65 from a older gentleman here in town.. it is a 350 with muncie 4 speed and due to knee replacement said he could no longer drive it.. It is a fleetside short bed with big window. He told me he bought it in 71 when he came home from over seas I didnt ask but assume he meant from Vietnam and that his father in law had bought it new at the chevy dealer here in town. Anyway I have been working on it to make a daily driver while waiting for parts for my 66. The black vinyl seat cover was split and torn so tonight I took a chance and pulled it off and this is what I found.....what do you guys think?

Re: Look what I found........
I was VERY surprised the factory 65 seat was still intact in such good condition
have been putting floor patches in it nothing special just dont want my feet to get wet if I get caught out in the rain and found some really nice factory gm front fenders for it... will post a few more pics when I get it farther along |
