How do you remove the dashpad other than the four screws?

There are also about six nuts that have to be removed from under the dash. You'll need to take out the glove box and maybe the instrument cluster.

It is a real pain. I've heard some guys say it was easier to swap an engine, than replace their dash pad.

I did my dash pad, and yeah- it was a real pain, but I'm glad I did it. You're gonna need some good tools for this, such as a palm ratchet socket wrench, long extension, elbow joint, and some small open ended wrenches. Have a good light ready to go, and yes- you'll need to remove your glove box insert and maybe more. The radio could be in the way, and so could the instrument cluster. If you plan to do work on your instrument cluster later, I suppose you could cut the bolt from the top side that's in front of the cluster, and then install the pad without screwing in the nut by the cluster, and then later when you replace your instrument cluster, you can put the nut on in that spot. That's kinda what I did

Thanks guys,its never easy is it.Need a clovebox insert anyway and have some bulbs in the cluster to replace.Idont mind doing it once but i hate to do two or three times.Asking someone who knows is better than tearing something up,thanks again!

You can replace bulbs without removing the cluster. But, yeah- this project is a pain, but worth it.

Just make sure when you tighten the speed nuts down that you dont over do it, nothing worse than going through all that work and seeing a wavy dash pad because you over did it haha.
