Nice truck. Like the Air Brakes part. Spoke Wheels and Wide Front Fenders to boot. I bet it sounds sweet with the Dual Stacks too.

That's a nice one.Looks like it's a rollback and not a tilt bed.

We call them tilt beds around western PA but yes I would agree that is a rollback......

That's good to know as I always wondered about that.

We also call them Roll Backs.

Re: 1972 Tiltbed for sale (not mine)

Oh,OK. Some areas, mid west I think, call them flatbeds. I call them what they are no matter where I am. A flatbed is a stationary flat bed that you have to load and unload,a tilt bed is a flatbed, loaded the same way, with a hoist that tilts to unload (like a dump truck, but doesn't have a dump body),and a rollback is a flatbed (with side rails) used primarily to transport vehicles that tilts and rolls back onto the ground so it can load and unload itself using a winch. I've seen van bodies with a hoist. That would also be a tilt bed,so I guess I'd have to say it's a tilt box van/van body (dry goods?)...whatever. Trucks sure come in a lot of different ways
