Re: The Roadster Shop suburban done
I like the way the hood is done. Sides molded to the fenders, Gives it the High fender look.. Smaller hood... Just sweet...

I'm liking it overall.....really like the outstanding bumper fitup, but I'm just undecided on the hood mod

Re: The Roadster Shop suburban done
I'm kinda digging the flush-fit side windows.. Id like to see this in person..
Here's the build pictures from their site. http://roadstershop.com/galleries/1966-suburban/ These guys do fine work, but I'll agree--the changes in the "face" is unappealing--but they generally tend to do something with the face and ass of all their cars.

Re: The Roadster Shop suburban done
It's a great looking truck with 1st class looks but personally I don't care for the headlights and grill. I just dont care for the squareness of it with the curves of the fenders, etc.

Re: The Roadster Shop suburban done
I like the interior. The hood mod is ok, it'll have to grow on me. Rest of it is ok. I've got thoughts on this one but that's just me....

Re: The Roadster Shop suburban done
The Roadster Shops guys do some top-notch work. There is a ton of work in that Suburban. I like all of the body mods, even the hood. If the truck was a darker color, and the inner fenders were a darker color (like chassis black), I think that the people who don't care for the mod might like it more because it would disguise it a little better. You have to admit, it has a factory look to it, and for guys with big diameter wheels, it would sure solve a lot of the inner fender issues that they have with the stock configuration.
I can't even imagine how many man-hours they have in that thing, especially at the labor rates that some of the high-end shops charge. That's a Big Dollar truck.
