71 C10 wiring question

I have a 71 C10 w 250. I just freshened up the top end, and im adding an hei. I found 4 wires clipped off, they all go to this relay above and right of the terminal block. I don't see them on the wiring diagram. What is this?

Anyone know what this relay is? Obviously its not something that affects my truck running. I pulled it all out. I just want to know what it is.

With out a picture its hard to tell.

I'll take a guess though, a flux capacitor?

This is the TCS relay, see if the wires match the picture. The upper relay is the horn relay. The TCS is a poor attempt at emissions on the 71 and 72 years. It stands for transmission controlled spark.

the pic that shows the driver side of the firewall, the relay is there....I know you cant see it, but if you have a 67-72, im assuming that most/all have this thing there....

the other pic is of the motor close to run. if I have a few spare moments tonight, I can finish welding the radiator brackets and fire it up.
